As a Country team we have strong connections with farming communities, and links that often go back generations. Supporting and giving back is not just important to us, it’s imperative.
Communities are the lifeblood of New Zealand and at Bayleys we are strong supporters of many local schools, sports teams and not for profit organisations across the country. It’s a big part of our culture and values - it’s what we do!
Throughout the regions, our salespeople are involved in numerous community events and sponsorships including A&P shows, sheep dog trials, local rugby clubs and provincial teams, and Fieldays events located around New Zealand.

Bayleys Country are a proud sponsor of Surfing for Farmers - an initiative that was started by farmers, for farmers. It helps improve mental health and wellbeing in New Zealand rural communities, and is a great initiative which is creating a very real and tangible contribution to the rural communities around New Zealand.
The Rural Support Trust (RST) provides a vital role in the rural community, offering training to support rural people through their current challenges. As a key sponsor, Bayleys Country will help to deliver 20 events annually held across New Zealand as part of the Time Out Tour. This initiative aims to create opportunities for rural communities to come together
