Gisborne’s median price increased by 9.6% year-on-year to $625,000. “Owner-occupiers were the most active buyer group, with first-home buyers also active. Vendor pricing expectations continued to align with the market. Attendance levels at open homes remained variable, in keeping with typical winter patterns. Entry-level and mid-priced homes continued to attract buyer interest. Local salespeople expected activity to ease through the remainder of winter, before improving as confidence builds heading into spring.”
