Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on 07 July 2026 and concludes on 30 September 2026.

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter:

1. Vendors must request a free market appraisal through the Bayleys Gisborne website. If that appraisal results in a property being listed with a Bayleys Gisborne agent during the Promotion Period, the vendor will automatically be entered into the draw.
2. The property must be located within the greater Gisborne/East Coast region.
3. A Sole Agency Agreement for a minimum term of 90 days must be signed and dated during the Promotion Period.
4. Vendors must be 18 years of age or older and be the registered legal owner(s) of the property being sold.
5. Employees of Bayleys Gisborne, participating sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

1. List your property with any Bayleys Gisborne agent during the Promotion Period.
2. The Promotion is open to all Bayleys Gisborne asset classes, including residential, commercial, country, and property management.
3. An entry will be confirmed once the property is listed and live during the Promotion Period.

Prize draw

The winner will be drawn at 3.00pm on Friday, 2 October 2026.

Prize details

1. The prize consists of more than $2,500 worth of vouchers and gifts from participating local businesses, as displayed on the Promotion page.
2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3. The winner agrees to make themselves reasonably available for promotional purposes, including photography, video, and other media coverage.

General Rules

1. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
2. Bayleys Gisborne reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, without prior notice.
3. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts in a manner deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.
4. The Promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
5. By entering, participants agree that Bayleys Gisborne's determination of eligibility, the prize winner, and all other matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.
6. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will first be resolved in good faith between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by Bayleys Gisborne for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for future Bayleys promotional communications.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Bayleys’ privacy policy: https://www.bayleys.co.nz/privacy.
• Entrants have the right to access and correct their information

Social Media

• Where the Promotion is promoted on social media platforms, entrants’ conduct must comply with the rules of those platforms
• The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform
