Peter McIntyre was the sales consultant. He kept the two separate parties involved in the sale of the property fully informed. I was pleased we decided to tender the property, as I do not believe we would have received the same result if we had gone to auction. An excellent result and I would thoroughly recommend Peter.

And he is definitely a people person. He is a great networker, and was able to connect us with the best people in the community for others issues concerning our house sale. He listens, and hears us, and remembers names. Even though the home we were selling, was at the humble end of the price scale, Peter treated us and our home like we were special, like we were millionaires and our home was worth a million bucks. It was just nice to be treated like we mattered. We are already talking about engaging Bayleys again when we make our next move. And we hope we get Peter again.
