With around a decade of experience in property, Karen has earned a reputation as a skilled, empathetic and trustworthy agent. She has a proven ability and commitment to make her clients’ property dreams a reality and works with partner Mark Terry to deliver a client focused, results driven service.

Karen stands out as she always puts her clients’ needs first, going above and beyond to ensure they get the best possible experience when buying and selling property. People appreciate her highly personal and down to earth approach, listening to her clients to determine their goals and then designing the right strategy to deliver. She values transparency and keeping her customers well informed so they can make the best decisions.  Karen’s background prior to real estate in sales management and legal process means she offers high-level skills in these important aspects of real estate transactions. Outside of work Karen can be found tramping, mountain biking or playing golf. She is proud to be a Cantabrian and is a dedicated supporter of many community clubs including sponsoring the Darfield Rugby Club, Hororata and Greendale golf clubs and Malvern and Oxford squash clubs.
